3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the RA number and a copy of your purchase receipt inside the package.
  4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same process as a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the exchange item to you.
